BASEBALL
Wichita State baseball is one of the winningest NCAA Division I programs over the last 32 years with a .744 winning percentage. The Shocker Baseball program has had 20 CoSIDA Academic All Americans while having 28 former players that have played in the Major Leagues. The Shockers are responsible for one of WSU’s greatest accomplishment in winning the 1989 National Championship.

MEN’S BASKETBALL
One of the most storied programs in the Missouri Valley Conference with six regular season championships and two tournament championships. Shocker Basketball has appeared in eight NCAA Tournaments with two Final Four and four Elite Eight appearances. There have been 23 All-Missouri Valley first team players while producing five All-Americans and sending 10 players to the NBA.

WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
The women’s basketball program is on the rise not only in the Missouri Valley Conference, but on the national scene. Historically WSU Women’s Basketball boasts 11 first team Academic All-Conference selections, two academic All-Americans and four post-season appearances.

CROSS-COUNTRY (Men’s and Women’s)
This program has continued to be one of the best nationally with 18 Missouri Valley team championships, 10 women’s MVC championships and 9 men’s MVC championships. They have produced five NCAA All-Americans along with 96 All Missouri Valley award winners.

TENNIS (Men’s and Women’s)
The men’s and women’s tennis teams continue to excel not only on the court, but in the classroom with a combined 13 NCAA Tournament appearances and 31 Missouri Valley Conference team titles. Shocker Tennis has accounted for three All-Americans and 30 first-team MVC scholar-athletes.

SOFTBALL
A program that has had 76 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete selections, 17 ESPN the Magazine District VII All-Academic team selections and two NCAA Tournament appearances. WSU Softball has also produced 57 All-Conference selections and continue to rise in the ranks of the Missouri Valley Conference.

GOLF (Men’s and Women’s)
These two programs continue to be at the top of the Missouri Valley Conference  with 15 team titles and a combined 54 All-Missouri Valley Conference selections. Shocker Golf has combined for 28 All-Missouri Valley Conference Scholar Athlete awards since 1993.

TRACK AND FIELD (Men’s and Women’s)
WSU Track and Field continues to excel not only in the Missouri Valley but on the national scene as well. WSU Track and Field has produced 12 Missouri Valley team championships in the last 10 years along with 48 NCAA All-Americans, six Olympians and two individual National Champions.

VOLLEYBALL
The Shocker Volleyball program has ranked in the top 10 nationally the last four seasons. One of the most storied programs in recent years in the Missouri Valley Conference the Shocker volleyball program has earned Regular Season Championships four times, garnered one Tournament Championship and four NCAA Tournament appearances. Shocker Volleyball has produced 4 All-Americans.
